I purchased a home in June of 2024 with a Terminix termite bond. I paid the bond in March for the current homeowner with the promise that it would be no issue in June to swap the bond to my name. Terminix in Dothan, AL is no longer customer facing so you have to go through the call center - I scheduled a termite inspection with the call center, and it was not relayed to the office in Dothan. A technician showed up at an unscheduled time and stated that they do not communicate well with the call

I contacted Terminix for a bed bug issue in my home. While the infestation wasn’t severe, I felt it was time to bring in professionals. To their credit, the technicians did address the issue, and after three visits, the bed bugs were no longer visible. However, I am giving one star due to the manner in which the service was carried out. Don't use Terminix. Before you start service it's all good. They seem perfect, but once they have your credit card information it all goes down hill from there. They continue taking your money without service. You basically have to beg them to come and then they still don't. And then when you cancel with them they continue charging without providing service. They put on file that I had a service that i never received and there's nothing they will do about it because the technician said it happen
