Had a pest problem that needed immediate attention, could not get a same day response from multiple pest control businesses except Knox. Josh set a time to respond to my needs the same day. They resolved my pest problem in a timely manner. Their tech Michael came and educated me about the pests and went on to eliminate it. Both Josh and Michael were freindly and professional, will recommend. Thanks

They spray a complex that I live in. By spray I mean they walk in for 5 seconds and then walk out. I'm not even sure that they're using anything potent enough to eradicate a bug problem.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. After pulling our records we see where we dispatched our local Quality Control Manager to identify and remedy the issue. After a thorough inspection it was determined that your pest concerns were predominately gaining access from the exterior. Also, when we pulled time spent on site our GPS and handheld indicated approximately 42 minutes. We are currently working with your complex on taking the necessary steps to get those issues resolved in a timely manner. Thanks, Knox Customer Care Team

Never been there
We eventually asked to be removed from our contract because of the inconsistent scheduling of services and billing mistakes and lengthy reimbursement time (3 months!). I feel I am being generous by giving them one star because they did excuse us from our contract. However, we are still waiting for a check from them due to the fact, they quoted us one price and charged us a higher rate before I caught it. I know you don't know me, but do yourself a favor and skip the frustrations of working with them.

I am very dissatisfied. It seems every month he sprays & we never seem to get rid of the roaches. It seems they are multiplying instead. He doesn't stay very long when he's here. The price is fantastic, but the job is terrible.
