Tabor Pest Control

Tabor has been helping us out for a long time. We just restarted service with them because of an uptick in summer bugs. They are absolutely the best -- thorough, reasonably priced, dependable, and polite. This is old school customer service. We would recommend them highly!

James did a great job. Professional and friendly.

James W. Came out and treated our home for a termite bond that the previous owners let expire. We had literally just completed a new addition that he had to drill holes into 😱! James was extremely careful and thoughtful of our new addition as well as the rest of the property. He's was meticulously clean and very good at settling my nerves with the tons of questions that I threw at him! I highly recommend their services!

I had my first meeting with Scott Brandon to discuss the programs available and what I was looking for. I’m new to the area and not familiar with the type of issues you generally find in the south. Great company. They have been around forever as a Dothan Alabama pest control business. Their customer service is amazing. Just good honest folks helping out the community. I use them exclusively for my home and my rentals!!! Highly recommended.

Shannon (receptionist) needs to take a class on how to handle customers on the phone. The amount of attitude I just received when simply calling to cancel an account that I had emailed them about a month prior was unnecessary. Not sure why the tech had to fill the large water tank in the bed of the truck w/ my water but I'm sure it's written somewhere in the contract. Her "have a blessed day" was so sarcastic you could taste the salt through the phone. Have a Great day Shannon

If I could give 0 stars I would. We have dogs and they are put in the backyard, if asked we can put them in the house (was told by tabor that they wouldn’t need in the backyard every visit). Tabor came out for the monthly visit and our dogs bark at the tech like they should. As I watch the tech grab a bucket, walk up my dog then proceed to throw stuff from the bucket at my dog. I ask him about it and he says “You have ants in your backyard, that will help.” So one hand full in my dogs face will help all the ants in our backyard? We called the office afterwards with video and we were told it’d be taken care of. Today the same tech shows up with a supervisor. The supervisor tells me “He won’t do that again but maybe if you didn’t have ants he wouldn’t have to of thrown the stuff in the backyard.”

The technician did my yearly termite inspection and did a Absolutely Awesome Fantastic Job. I would Highly Recommend this company to Anyone and Everyone. Thanks Again For A Outstanding Performance. 😊

Horrible staff they send you a text or email the night before they come out and expect you to be ok with it not allowing the customer to actually schedule what day works best for you. After being told on multiple occasions I will call and schedule the termite service because the inspection has to be done inside and outside they show up on their own and start the service after me telling them over my camera to please leave my property as I have not scheduled a service and then send an invoice for the full service amount. I do not recommend this company

My friend who is a widow and veteran has a mouse 🐀 problem and every time they come out they hand her sticky boxes and tell her to place them around due to COVID they don't come in the house mean while she has the problem
