Been complained about a rodent being in my house nothing was resolved and now this is happened I was never home when they came out so the inside of my house was never tooken care of and they except me to pay a balance they let get up to $600 and some dollars without calling or notification if they coming to my house to do business

If they had cared to pick up the phone and call to tell me the card on file wasn’t going through they would be great. Instead they decided to send us to collections thank you pestex for making a family of 5 struggle even more in this hard economy.

The worst service ever! They don’t know anything about mice. And the mouse won’t die! FINALLY GOT A KITTY AND THE KITTY KILLED THE MICE THE FIRST WEEK OF KE HAVING IT! Do not SIGN CONTRACT! EVEN IF YOU DONT LIKE SERVICE! OWNER CALLED ME AND ASKED ME IF I TAKE DOWN THIS REVIEW HE WOULD LET ME OUT OF MY “Contract”! BUT WHY? PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW THE TRUTH! Down right the worse pest control service in Dothan! BEST GET A CAT BEFORE USING THEM! OH AND MAKE SURE YOU GET RECEIPTS BECAUSE THEY WILL SAY YOU HAVENT PAID TO PAY EXTRA!

Worst people ever. Lied and said they'd only be out twice. I signed the paper not knowing I was entering a contract for a year! I didn't need that and when I call to speak to a supervisor there are none available. They've turned me over to collections but I'm also starting small claims against them as well.
