Megan and her team at Terminix are truly exceptional. From start to finish, their communication was clear, consistent, and professional. They stayed on top of everything, followed through on every detail, and made the entire process feel smooth and well-managed. It is rare to find a team that is this responsive and genuinely committed to doing things the right way. What stood out most was their empathy and professionalism. They took the time to listen, explain, and ensure everything was handled properly without ever making it feel rushed or transactional. 4 phone calls placed, each time being told we’re on the list. 6 weeks later, a full blown elm beetle infestation and another phone call to the office and still nothing but excuses. Called the local exterminator and he called right back. He’ll be by in 4 days.
