I have used their service for over 10 years and every year the service provided gets worse and worse. I have even caught them charging us for more acres than they were treating. The applications are not provided in a timely manner. This last year we had more crab grass then ever even after multiple applications. We’ve had to call every time to to find out when our next application is being applied for both us and my parents. Every year we get promise after promise that it will improve but

Absolutely horrible! It is June 20th and I’ve only had 1 treatment so far, my lawn is full of weeds. Do not recommend. Edit: It is now September 12th and services have not improved. I had contacted Naturescape on Aug 26th looking for an additional treatment as my weeds were not killed with the previous application. I was told they would send someone “as soon as possible”. No one came, I contacted them again, and was told on Sept 3rd they did not know when someone would be able to get to my hous

schedule service a month out to get property sprayed in time for an outdoor event. a month later still no service. two weeks before event, called and got the "will get there next week". the following week arrives and still no service. they attempted service while i was not home but could not spray due to people being in the yard. said they called but my phone shows no incoming calls from them. said they would be try again as soon as possible but never received any other communication. cal
