I thought customer service had died back in 2020, after meeting John from Pest Patrol my hope is renewed. Had a minor bee problem and he walked me through much more than that just as a courtesy. This company doesn’t try and up sell you on un-needed service or crazy monthly expensive packages they come out and do their job and are super professional and informative along the way.
