Amazing guys! Very good at communicating. Great at what they do. Very knowledgeable. Zero issues when requesting a call back for those in-between scheduled appointment pests. Would highly recommend to anyone in search of pest control. We started just for a preventive treatment, and couldn't be happier with the services!

We found two carpenter ants so we were looking for an exterminator. We have three dogs and a son so we wanted to make sure it was safe too and preferably not having to leave our house for hours. They were super nice on the phone and set up an appointment. Showed up on time and were very helpful and good with answering my questions. Sprayed that day! Thought it would take another visit! We feel much better with knowing that they will help us and not have carpenter ant issues.

I called and spoke with Adrian twice. Each time he said he was going set up the appointment date and time. He never did though. He told me to email him, at his Gmail address. I did. No response. I went on their web page completed the initial contact information form describing the bug issue with our contact info. Still no response and its going on 3 weeks. If they are experiencing a shortage with employees/if there will be a delay in response they should be able to tell us. Their reviews is what lead me to Sons of Tun Pest Control. We are new to the West Allis area and I have never seen this type of service from a 4 Star organization. We will never call back, and a part of me believes this is what they wanted. We contacted Sons of Tun when we were new to the area 1 yr ago due to some issues with our new home. With all the companies out there and being new to the area, we chose them. So glad we did! I'm on a monthly schedule and couldn't be happier with their services. Kind caring individuals who truly want to help. I have zero complaints and will continue to use their service. Sons of Tun Pest Control is a very cost effective company with excellent service. They provide multiple email notification reminders of upcoming applications and the invoice is emailed directly after the appointment. Very efficient! During the appointment, the pest application person always asks if there are any new problems. I like the communication. Highly recommend! Was worth getting the estimate and the switch from a known competitor.

Originally called regarding an ant issue, which they fixed. I ended up signing up for their seasonal service. Their prices are extremely competitive. They are extremely friendly, professional, and thorough. They even accommodated my schedule (due to napping toddlers) without hesitation.
