Joe is simply amazing. My wife and I chose Joe to spray our house in the spring of 2024 for wasps as we had a large amount around the front of our house hanging out. We had not seen a wasp in the front of the house all summer. Last week, my wife was doing some gardening and while doing it, got swarmed and stung 3 times. We found a large yellowjacket nest under our deck (which was sprayed as well). Joe, true to his word, came out no problem and sprayed/killed the nest the same day, and at no cost due to us having him spray in spring. We will definitely have Joe back next spring for the same treatment. Couldn't find a nicer or more professional person. Thanks Joe!

I called Joe in the morning to take care of a yellow jacket nest. He said he would show up around 3. He sent me a text around 2:00 pm to tell me he was 30 minutes out. He is true to his word! He is extremely reliable and that is hard to find in these days. Joe even came back two days later to fill the hole in my garage where the bees were getting in. He is impeccable to his word! If you need a job done this is your man.

We had a bee problem. Joe was excellent. He was on time and super nice. He found a large hive in a crawl space in our basement. He sprayed it and removed it. Bottom line the bees are gone and at a very reasonable price. We would highly recommend Joe.

I inquired to have 2 bees nests removed- one above the garage and one under our deck. Joe quickly gave me an estimate and what he could do. He came out the next day to spray and the day after to take down the actual nests/hives. Would highly recommend his services!

My husband is terrified of wasps and I was tiring of constantly spraying cheap Home Depot spray. Joe provided amazing service and couldn’t beat the price. I would definitely recommend Joe and his team.

We had a large black wasp infestation under our brick wall out front and so we called S.W.A.T. up and Joe performed. He showed up and addressed the situation. He then went above and beyond checking the rest of the perimeter of the house for other nest/issues and cleared everything up. Very professional, very prompt, and would hire him back in a second.

When we first discovered that we had a mouse in the house I googled and it came up on Terminix. Tried calling them and never got a call back. I figured they were national company so that’s what I would go with. Then I called Joe and he got back to me right away and scheduled an inspection. Got rid of our mouse problem right away. My wife and I had just bought a new house, and we were having some work done outside when we noticed a large amount of bees and hornets, so I called Joe at SWAT, and he was there promptly within an hour. He gave us a very reasonable rate, and was good at letting us know how long to not have our pets or children outside. Would definitely recommend him to anyone!
