Signed me up for services to get rid of mice and took payment on March 3, 2025. It is now the beginning of July and he has never returned to complete the agreed upon work. I ended up with some very expensive mouse poison!
Does a good job. Friendly. Explains what he does. Had a issue and it was resolved in a timely manner.
We've used them twice now and have been very pleased with the service. Good communication, good customer service, prompt, thorough job tailored to our needs, great results. My wife is an administrator at a local school and they use Cramer regularly as well. Recommended.
