We were up in Minnesota and had a storm in tomahawk. Our daughter and family were on their way to our place in tomahawk and would not have been able to get in if it wasn’t for Ricks kindness and getting our place plowed out before they got there. Five stars is not enough

My family and I are new to this area. When our sunroom started leaking water we needed to find someone to remove snow/ice build up on our roof. We took a chance and found Rick, and without knowing hardly anything about Roof; ice; and snow; he promptly answered all are questions! His price was reasonable and when he came to look at it; realized it was more than originally quoting quickly communicated and apologized for the first quote. Honestly; I have not found a more humble professional to want the best for there customers! Even when things where not going to plan; Rick stayed calm and made the whole experience fun! My family and I will only look towards this company for further jobs! Any hesitation; just ask and they will answer Honestly and promptly!

They are very professional, use new equipment, and have exceeded our expectations. We use Outdoor Chore and More for yard work, snow plowing and removal, and even controlling pesky mosquitoes in the summer time. As someone new to the area (and a Realtor in Madison), I was looking for a professional to take care of maintenance that needed immediate attention. We are a property rental company looking to delve in to the short-term rental market in Tomahawk. Being that we are managing from 200 miles from the location, we were worried about a trustworthy and dependable person to check in, solve issues, and know handyman services in the area. When we found Rick at Outdoor Chore & More, our worries were immediately lifted. Rick is SUPER easy to get a hold of and solve an issue quickly. We hired Rick to power wash our home and our cottage. Both have vinyl siding. The house is a 2 story farmhouse, built in 1912, that started to have some mold growth on the north side. Due to the size of the house, it felt like a daunting task challenge for us to attempt. Rick was recommended to us by a work colleague. His response to our inquiry was quick, and he gave us a fair estimate for the work. He was able to do both jobs in a matter of days; in addition to being friendly and easy to work with, Rick is hardworking, dedicated, and committed to doing quality work. It’s no secret it’s been an unusual winter in Tomahawk. We’ve seen over 66 inches of snow and freezing rain. Area roofs are feeling the weight and at some point you may be forced into removing that snow to prevent roof damage. Better safe than sorry. When it came time to hire someone for snow removal, we checked into hiring one of those low pressure steam companies. At $500-600 per hour, you can be looking at a $5,000 - $6,000 bill, or even more. He was on time and did an excellent job removing the snow from our roof. He’s attacking the ice dams that formed along the edges of the roof next, using roof melt ice melt. Rick came over and got rid of my ice dams, saving me a lot of money fixing the house if water would have gotten in! He did a great job and he did it very quickly! Awesome job! I will definitely call him next time I need something done!
