The owner responded within 30 minutes of my phone call. He was extremely knowledgeable, and asked pertinent questions to figure out the best plan of action for getting rid of a hornets nest which was unable to be seen, under my soffit and gutters. He checked in with me the next day to make sure the problem was taken care of and encouraged me to call back if they returned.Highly recommend!!

Called this morning and service technician was here an hour later to take care of a baldfaced hornet nest on my garage. Very knowledgeable, and professional gentleman. Reasonbly priced. Will most definitely have him back in the future when the need arises.

We had a problem with carpenter ants at our home. As a home owner we tried to take care of this ourselves. With no luck we called the Bug Controll Specialist and Bill came over. He inspected and treated on the same day. The problem was solved. His pricing was very fair. He was clean and very knowledgable. We have since called him back to take care of some spiders. With out a doubt a great value and a needed service.
