Hunter was most personable. He took his time and explained what he would be doing and answered all questions I had. He appeared thorough and seemed to do a great job! Fingers crossed, no more bugs! I have had Bug Blaster for the last three years. Ralph is excellent at his job and so professional. They spray my home twice a year for flies, spiders, Asian beetles,wasps and general pests. It makes a world of difference. I give them a ten plus😊

Brad at Bug Blaster, Inc is THE BEST! He's professional, personable, knowledgeable, and the rates are extremely reasonable. Brad was highly recommended to us and has earned his reputation. He thoroughly explains everything to us and, when he's finished, not a bug in sight in the house. New construction homes bring bugs nesting in crazy areas. I wish we would have called Brad earlier in the process to get his recommendation to avoid all the Asian beetles but he's taking care of all that now and we don't have a concern about it. My advice if you're building new, call Brad early in the process. He gives honest advice and doesn't just book appointments to make a dollar. He's awesome!

I had another well known company come out to help with a mouse issue we had in our very old farm house, needless to say it did nothing. I called Bug Blaster and met Ralph out there and after talking with him for a short time explaining what I was looking to have done he treated the area and also said he could treat the house for flies which was a huge issue in the house. I never knew that was something I could have done and I am so glad I did. Ralph has been great and highly recommend Bug Blasters!

The Bub Blaster Team has been servicing our home now for over (15) years - twice a year: spring and late summer. We live on one acre surrounded by woods. Our home is fairly good sized at about 5,500 sq. ft., with two out buildings: an art studio and maintenance shed. I don't have any great stories to tell you about how they saved the day by coming over and killing a bunch of spiders, rodents, beetles, and bugs, but that's a good thing. Because they came on and serviced our home, any pest problems. We have never had to deal with pest issues because of their great service. Oops! There were two times an active bees nests developed under our outside deck and art studio. The Bug Blaster Team came out the same day and eliminated them on the spot. Without a doubt the The Bug Blaster Team is knowledgeable and prepared to address pest control issues. Honestly, it has never entered our minds to look anywhere else. I guess the difference between other pest control folks and The Bug Blaster Team is they all know what to do ... The Bug Blaster Team knows what not to do. Saving you time and money but most importantly ensuring you won't have a pest control problem in the future.

We had a guy from BugBlaster come out to our house three weeks ago, and although I was not home while he was there to ensure a thorough job, I had felt like he did a wonderful job as I hadn’t seen any spiders, hornets, or insects around or inside of our home. I know that he went all around our home because we have cameras everywhere so to no fault of the technician, we already have a large hornets nest on the exterior top of one of our windows on the side of our house with live hornets. :( The service we paid for included an indoor and outdoor spray, and I told them the problems we were experiencing were general insects, hornets and spiders. Leaving a three star because the customer service of the woman when I scheduled was top knotch, and I do believe the technician did a thorough job, just may have used the wrong spray?

I used to be on the automatically come plan. 8 years later no one shows. Apparently new employee didnt bother contacting regular customers. Not good business practice. Good way to loose regulars.

No call back from the job scheduler after leaving my information with the secretary a week ago.

No call back from a technician after giving my information to 2 separate people. I guess they don't need the business??
