I couldn't be more grateful for Andy's expertise, knowledge and compassion. He patiently shared his wisdom when I was panicking about a bat problem at my home. I learned so much from him! I wish I had known about Door County Pest Control earlier - I highly recommend calling Andy if you suspect you may have any sign of bat issues in your home.

Based on the good reviews I called and left a message. It's been 2 weeks and no call back. Same thing happened last year. I guess I'm forced to look elsewhere.

Called Andy a few weeks ago about an ant issue I was having he gave me some advice to try first and I tried but did not last called Andy back came out same day did some spraying and it’s been over a month and no ants. I would highly recommend Andy for any pest issue you might have

We had the pleasure of working with Andy on a recent bat concern we had on our property and home. Andy listened to our concerns, inspected our home and property and made suggestions on how we could resolve it ourselves. Then he took the time to educate us on bats, their nesting needs, their behavior and what attracts them to our home. Andy teaches one how to live with these amazing creatures and how important they are for our ecosystem. He takes the Fear Factor folks tend to have towards bats and replaces fear with knowledge and appreciation of these creatures. He is also highly knowledgeable of home construction and how that impacts the type of bat control he would implement, if needed. It is obvious Andy has a respect and passion for bats. We found him to be honest and sharing of his time and knowledge. We highly recommend his company. We wouldn't think of calling any other company!

Extremely helpful. Andy responded quickly to my enquiry. He is very friendly and gave clear explanation of the options for dealing with my relatively minor bat problem. Showed me how to fix the issue myself if I wanted to go that route. Very knowledgeable and would definitely recommend!

Can't recommend this place ENOUGH. I had a snake that had found it's way into my house, and needed it gone quickly. I had spent about 1 hour calling other pest control businesses, none of which could service Sturgeon Bay or would help. I drove down, knocked on the door and Andy was more than willing to help. He caught the snake in 30 seconds, then helped to patch up the hole where it had gotten into the house. If you're looking for good, honest people to help with your pest problem, this is the place for you.

Called and left a message with a concern that I had. They got back to me fairly quickly to discuss it. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. In fact he explained what likely happened and said he could come check it out but he felt it unnecessary. Saved me a service call! Would highly recommend!

Andy came out ASAP when I left a message that my HVAC crew found a large wasp nest in an intake vent. He not only resolved that issue but checked and sprayed around the entire house. None better!

We called Andy to look at a pest issue we thought we might have. He called me right away and went out to take a look. He walked me through scenarios and what you would expect. It ended up we didn't have an issue. I will be calling again when we have bug and other needs. He is very knowledgeable and conscientious.
