Very impressed with their service! We are 1st time home buyers and are definitely feeling over our heads. We were able to get John from Amelia's Home Inspection scheduled for an appointment within 2 days of calling/scheduling online. John was on time and had already started a quick run through of the house before my wife and I got there. He was very thorough and gave great recommendations to move forward with. He checked dates on all major appliances laser leveled the basement to make sure there was no issues with the foundation, and gave us ideas if we should consult with other trades (electrician, plumbing, etc.). The inspection took about 90ish minutes and we received the report within 1-2 hours. Overall, very impressed and would definitely would use again if we look at other houses in the future! P.S. John also sent us links on discounts for appliances as well a rewards card! Great job and thank you for all of your help!

John was able to fit me in his schedule when I was in a time crunch. He also found enough with the property he inspected to keep me from moving forward with it. That's a good thing.

John from Amelia's Home Inspection was very thorough in his review/inspection of my new home. He arrived on time, immediately began his process and was super informative throughout the whole inspection. He explained every step he was taking and what his findings/concerns were.
