Five stars feels inadequate for this exceptional company. Not only were they prompt and effective, they were also an absolutely delight! Everyone we spoke to went out of their way to be helpful and kind--dealing with a raccoon nest quickly and humanely. A mother raccoon made a nest in a tiny, inaccessible crawl space and they were able to safely trap the mom and remove all five babies--uniting them all and releasing them (far away). My kids loved getting to see the babies and I loved how minimally invasive the entire process was. Nathan came out on a Saturday and despite it being a weekend, really took his time to ensure the project was done well, even spending longer than needed to show our children the animals (safely). I will be recommending Advanced Wildlife to everyone I know. Thank you!

When I initially used Advanced Wildlife Control I was very happy with their service. Unfortunately, something has gone terribly wrong with them, their service, their behavior, their response time, ALL of it. I called for service in early March after using them previously and having success. My technician arrived and “serviced” the areas I pointed out saying he would “do a more thorough job “next time” (this doesn’t sit well with me, I’m paying for a full visit and FULL SERVICE) within 10 days the problem resurfaced so I texted my technician (60 day guarantee) Told him the problem and we arrived at a date for him to come. When he didn’t show up on that date, I texted him: he said someone from the office had spoken to me and arranged for him to come later that day. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. I checked my phone log; it just never happened. Technician said they would call to arrange a visit; a week later and still no call. I text my technician AGAIN. THEN they call and arrange a visit. THEN I get an email saying my technician was here on the day he never came and asking for a review. HERE IS YOUR REVIEW. USE ANOTHER COMPANY. The technicians are good, but the office staff lie, are disorganized and generally it’s a mess. Not worth the hassle.

The gentleman who came to our house was extremely nice and knowledgeable about all things pest related. I had read numerous reviews in the past about how wonderful this company was and they did not disappoint as many others have. Their rates were reasonable which is unusual and they don’t require a signed contract. We will use them again for all of our pest needs.

Eric has been our technician for many years. He's helped us with a mouse problem, wasps around the pool and house and even some pesky ground hogs. He can always find where these critters are. Would highly recommend!

Twice, we've had Alex out to work on ridding the attic of squirrels. Both times he kept us updated on his course of action and did what he said he would do. We've been happy with Advanced Wildlife and Pest Control service.

A just out of high school young man came, very pleasant by only put out traps. Have not sealed any openings but got a bill for $209.
This job was a bit of a housewarming present for my daughter and son-in-law. I was initially told that the home owner must be home so the technician could spray inside. That never happened. In fact, the technician had to charge his sprayer because it was dead. If that's not crazy enough, he left the job to go to the bank! Really? In total he was there for maybe 1/2 hour. Worth $190? I don't think so. Very embarrassing for the gifter!

Alex does an incredible job. He's friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He did a complete assessment of our situation. He pointed out lots of different items we were unable to see or assess. Alex set up traps to handle our squirrel problem. He did trap a few squirrels but after that there was no follow up, he failed to rebait the traps for weeks. He then returned, capped the holes with squirrels still inside the home. When called he said he would return. He has been a no show since with no response from him or the company. I now still have a squirrel problem with a new hole in the side of the house as a result of him sealing them in. They chewed their way out. I have had to contact a new service and am starting all over again. I do not recommend Advanced wildlife to anybody. It started out great but went downhill very quickly.

They took care of our mouse problem, however they claimed that the service guy left 4 bait boxes outside our home. We never saw any type of bait boxes outside the home. Then they charged us $60 for the bait boxes and came up with possibly someone took them from our fenced and gated property on a private road. Ridiculous

I was unhappy with the service. Between the office and the technician I felt as if I was a burden. Maybe I had bad service because of the technician and the office. I don’t know. I was very unhappy if I have a mouse in my house I would expect you to come out in the next couple days not eight days later no matter what your schedule is. Very unsatisfied customer

I had a very nice conversation with Diane and she explained her concerns and disappointments with our service. I am very sorry that we failed to live up to expectations and have addressed these things with our staff. We always strive for A+ work and will continue to do so in the future.
Absolutely ridiculous prices to save an animal and its litter. Charging PER animal in a litter or based on how “independent” they are(yes this was really said to me) is LUDICROUS. No wonder people take things into their own hands, because you don’t make it affordable. Poor business model. UPDATE: I am entitled to my own personal opinion/review of my interaction with your company. This is still my review and I stand by it. OVERPRICED.

We are sorry you thought this way. Our prices are based on the degree of difficulty in handling wild animals. Our prices are very competitive to our competition. You are welcome to call other companies.
After a week, critters still clawing in ceiling. They woke me up at 1251 and are still clawing at 1:30. No critters have been trapped.

In regards to this situation we did have a VERY difficult time trapping the two squirrels here. It wasnt for a lack of effort as we stopped out everyday to try and get them caught. We have successfully live trapped and relocated both squirrels to a new home. When your dealing with wild animals sometimes even the most seasoned pro can struggle a bit, but all in all we were able to get the job taken care of and I think Pat is happy that they are no longer in her attic.
Horrible customer service tried to charge me a no show fee and I cancelled before they showed up

At 8:20 am on Monday, February 24th I received a call from Kelvin Turner who had a bat in his attic and wanted our help. I explained to him that we could come out and attempt to remove the bat and assess the home to try and determine if there was a colony present. He was agreeable to the $129.00 charge and told me he would be available all day. We made an appointment for 9:45 with my technician Ryan Litzau.<br><br>I received a call from my technician at 10:00 am saying he had been there for 15 minutes and no one was answering the door. Ryan (the tech) had called Kelvin who answered the phone and determined that Kelvin’s mom was supposed to have been there. He was going to call his mom again.<br><br>At this time I tried to call Kelvin and his voice mailbox had not been set up. My technician texted him after a few more minutes and Kelvin apologized for not being able to meet him. Ryan informed him he was going to leave and told him to call the office to reschedule. (Text message has been saved for proof of validity.)<br><br>Tuesday, February 25th I instructed Melissa, my office assistant to call Kelvin and try to reschedule. Again the voicemail was not set up. When she asked how to proceed I told her to send an invoice for $59 for the trip charge.<br><br>At 11:58 Tuesday, February 25th Kelvin called and was irate claiming he had canceled the appointment. I have looked through all of my call logs and this is just not true. He asked to speak to my superior so I gave the phone to one of the owners. After a brief discussion, I told him he would need to pay the trip fee as he had not canceled the service and then Kelvin threatened our company and continued to swear about us. He said he would do everything possible to ruin our name and was hiring a lawyer. We have documentation and text messages supporting everything we have said. I tried to talk to him about different options and he explained he had called a bunch of different companies and canceled us, all of our calls our logged and saved and no such cancellation was ever done. He then proceeded to call me every swear word he knew.
Not a fan of their work. They sent out a guy with a caulk gun for $200. In my opinion, he didn’t do much. He left a bunch of open holes and then to add insult to injury, they didn’t follow up and eventually sent an overpriced quote of what it would cost to do what I felt they should have done in the first place.

I am going to take the high road here and not even attempt to go over the conversation this customer had with me. We are very sorry that he feels slighted. I would like anyone who reads this post to look at the reviews he has posted and see the trend of complaining and attempting to get things for free from many different companies. I will gladly discuss what actually happened and what this customer actually said to me with anyone who asks.
