They go above and beyond to help us understand what treatments are needed and to create a plan that works so well to get rid of ticks, mice, bees and other insects! Highly recommend!

I have been using Madsen for pest control since I moved to the lake. Since using them I have not seen a spider, beetle or any bugs inside my home. They also service for rodents and spiders have been rodent free since using them. They check the traps and let you know if they found anything. Madsen is the best pest control I have used!! They will check in on you to make sure I am not seeing any signs of pest and ask if f there is any more they can do to provide the best service. My response s Madsen is the best choice with great prices for pest control!!!

Very responsive to my calls. I was able to schedule a time where someone could be at my cabin. The person who came out spent several hours sealing entrance points for rodents and setting traps. They quickly answer email inquiries. I have just added insect control to my rodent protection contract and find the cost to be reasonable. 6/24/2025 -- Now several months into their program. The cabin has never been this clean when opening it up in the spring. 4 stars! 3/19/2026– Still doing a great job.

We started using MPM a couple months ago to treat some ants we had in our basement. They have done an excellent job, and I would highly recommend their services. Communication is excellent and their technician Pierce is super knowledgeable and thorough.

Round 2...Great and timely service. Special thanks to Bailee for working with us on a doable appointment date/time. As always Stacy was on time and took his time with the application. It's working! Mouse free by spring is the goal!

No hint of a rodent since I have been using Madsen. Staff are thorough, polite and friendly. My dogs love them (and vice versa) which is always a great sign!!

In my first year of having Madsen solve my mice and termite problem. Everything is going well. It just make life easier knowing that is one less thing I have to worry about and handle on my own.

MPM does such a thorough job! Zach is so friendly, even went the extra mile to make friends with our dog and he remembers our dog’s name each visit! We had a mice recurrence and they came back out within 4 days of the request and sealed up the cracks and possible open areas at no cost. They spent nearly 2 hours patching and sealing up areas! I’d highly recommend their service! Worth every penny!

It has been a pleasure dealing with Madsen’s for pest control. I had quotes from other companies who were trying to sell unnecessary services. I feel they are professional, polite, and trying to give good value for service without taking advantage of us.

We’ve been using Madsen for many years now at our cabin. They have exceeded expectations over and over again. When customer service has dipped across our nation, they only continue to get better. Always willing and able to find a solution that exceeds. Their techs are trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable about the services they offer. Communication is always top notch as well. We always know when a tech is coming and going and we get an immediate breakdown of the services from their visit. Thanks for all you do to keep our place bug and mice free!

I am happy with the service of knowledge and customer service. I want to ask a question, is the spray that they use have a sweet smell to it? I keep smelling this odor and am curious if that is what I am smelling.

Mary Johnson was very thorough in assessing mice egress and ingress points. I expect they have been stopped from using my house as their destination vacation spot. She set out traps indoors to capture any that may have been trapped inside and bait stations outdoors to stop the critters before they try to enter the house.

I'm giving them a 4-star rating because I feel like they are over booked with customers (good for business) and are having difficulty scheduling in a timely matter. I want to note that all the staff members I have met or spoke with are very professional. Once they figure out their scheduling issue, they will be a 5-star company!

First time using Madsen Pest Management. My old job had used them for a ant problem and they did a great job. I had remembered about them and had used the over the counter bug bombs for spider's ect.. so wanted to try something more permanent. Was nice explained everything before spraying.

Lower Pricing would warrant 5 stars I have not had one tick on my body from my property in the 2 years these folks have provided service. No rodents ants spiders or other crawly pests in my home either.

Never followed through with a request for a quote on pest control!!

Shawn just called to " fire " me for as he put it slandering them and lying. How is truth of my experiences slandering or a lie? I've witnesses. HE ACCUSED ME of being mean to his techs, I'm sure Mary didn't say that. She's great!! I wrote that. I don't think telling them I should be making my own appts when I'm available , instead of them telling me when I should be home is unreasonable.. or saying they use paper glue pads , as they do, and smaller then normal traps to cut corners is slander. I told Shawn about his techs. A few times, he doesn't appear to listen. I'm not the only one who took the time, to write a less then flattering review. I gave some praise last review. Some company's want to get blanketed praise. He sarcastically told me " good luck ". I guess that level of maturity says it all. I'm sure I'm not his only problem. I've got nearly 100000 views..... that's not good for those who want money for services less then rendered. I will add, they have consistently sent the same tech. I can tell our problem isn't gone. Sensitive nose !! This is our 3rd year , maybe 2nd but surely we'd get much better results. Change your bait up !! Use better traps. I pay 45 a month for the service. That's nearly a 1000 for last 2 years. Let's get this right. PlEASE!!! Mary is a great tech. With a change up of different bait and better equipment we'd get er done. Your reply was a lie..period. I told you two times prior to this Google review in fact. Yesterday you asked me to do this review I told you I've done it. That it wasn't good!! You told me I've not told you about these incidents, I've done reviews everytime with your techs. Prior to the service and told Shawn two times, who owns your company. Further deflection on your part!! This counter review disgusts me. As it's just further deflection. Now!! I'll mention you use paper glue traps!! Cheap. Nothing stays with them. They run and die Your communication is poor, you obviously refuse to take responsibility for your behavior. You schedule spots. Telling your customers when your showing up one or two days prior expecting them to accommodate your schedule. Who pays who? HONESTLY I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU'D RESPOND SO SHAMELESSLY. We had this conversation yesterday. By text. Shows your level of professionalism. I've ran two company's. Owned and ran them. They send new techs. Every time or every other. We had to tell them where the traps etc. Were. Though, they assured us the techs. Would know. Absolutely not. Now, since they've gotten a bad review they are having people leave them. Did they even get service from you ? They didn't before 11/22 when you found out, you'd gotten such a bad one from me. Now, 3 stars went to 2. I hate liars . Be professional and proficient, reliable. Not deflection, and offer solutions. Then you get what you deserve. This is not good. Air your dirty laundry Fine, by me. But tell the truth!@ the previous review below.............. Some of their service providers are concise others are not. Last one broke the door between the bathroom and bedroom , said nothing...went through with their bucket and body at same time, access is a folding door, sprang 2 hinges. Time before owner came, that was great , time before not so good again. This last time the tech. Was good but sprang those hinges, after they left door was hanging off its hinges. Was not like that when they arrived. They hadn't been here before, were unsure of where to go what to do.... I'm not gonna show them everything. We've had a contract for nearly a year. So, it's a on and off service... I'd say at least 1/2 to a 1/3 of the time it's good. They told us we should have told them....we did!! I told their operator who schedules appts. I've and my son has communicated with them everytime they've come. We've told Shawn in person, as I previously mentioned above. Why is your problems your customers?

They sprayed my neighbor's yard but came back and sprayed mine 5/28/22, but they didn't spray the hill to the lake, or the woods between the road and my garage. My property is about 3/4 of an acre and the price was for 1 acre or less, so they sprayed about 1/3 of an acre, charged me for one acre, and had to come back to spray the correct property. I'm not impressed and we will see if the mosquitos and nats are back within a month. If we have bugs in June, I'll buy my own fogger and do it myself. The guy that sprayed it was very friendly and apologized for them spraying the wrong yard. I was there when he sprayed. He did not do the hill and said the winds coming off the lake should prevent the bugs on the hill.
