Rob mentioned they do, he even cleared his schedule to come take care of the nest with in a few hours of me contacting them. One yellow jacket stung my wife in her sleep, so timely service was much appreciated. Rob did also take the time to educate us on what had infested our home, which ended up being yellow jackets.
