They arrived the same day I called. She observed the the bees for sometime. Bees were going behind a motion light. She dug around the hole and removed a few. The She put some dust powder in the hole.

We reached out to B.E.S.T for assistance taking care of a yellow jacket nest that was under some siding on our house in Plymouth. We submitted a request through their website and their response time was less than a day. Within 2 days, they had a technician out to dust the exterior of our house and we saw results by the following day! Pricing was extremely reasonable as well. Would definitely recommend them for pest control needs!

Due to concerns I had regarding the reappearance of pests, Tamara returned to thoroughly review all locations of concern around my house, garage, and yard in Kiel. She assured me that all areas of concern showed no evidence of trailing or nesting. The barrier remains active for three months and any pests that walk through the sprayed area will be eradicated. Just had my first service with them and they were wonderful! Trish came out, and spraying around the property was speedy and efficient. She even identified an ant’s nest that I had no idea about and identified ant activity. She promptly treated it and notified me of it immediately. She also did dewebbing, which I was incredibly thankful about!

We had a bat in our home and I contacted B.E.S.T. on a Saturday morning by phone and email. I promptly received a phone call from owner Trish after they opened at 10 am. The owner Jason was the only technician on call and he and his wife were heading out of town for the weekend. Jason said he'd be happy to come out and address our problem before he left for the weekend. What a relief. It gave us such piece of mind to know the bat was removed from our home.
