Great prompt and thorough service. Technician is always informative and very nice. Prices are decent too.

Exclusion service: they first performed an inspection and identified several areas of concern that three other pest control companies missed (orkin, terminix, greenix) and they had the best quoted price for the service by over $500. Terminix wanted $2000 for the exact same service and $400 for bait boxes. Werner has MUCH better pricing. They only charge for materials and labor, other companies charge per square foot of the house. Jason explained in the inspection what his concerns were and how to resolve them. Upon doing the service the issues were notably worse than anticipated but still stayed well within the quoted price. Afterwards, they provided a detailed report of all the work that was completed and what the next steps were as well as what to expect in the next few days as some micr surely would be trapped in the walls and what they did to mitigate that problem. They even matched the metal flashing to the siding amd foundation colors almost perfectly. Unless you know its there you would never notice it. I finally have some peace of mind and feel safe in my own home again.

Werner came out to look at a mouse issue I was having. They did an inspection and created a report with findings. They came back out and sealed the whole house and came back two additional times after sealing to ensure the mouse issue as resolved. Werner is definitely the place to go! After having another company come take a look and not fix the issue, my mother in law suggested Werner. They were timely, answered my questions and got me in right away. The guy came and took a thorough* look around and found some structural issues that go beyond pest control.
