Always friendly and professional. The only thing I would change is that they would contact us earlier in the spring like they did when we first started getting their services. The last two years I had to call them after the wasps and hornets were already swarming. Maybe they just get too many requests which delays their service. Overall we are very satisfied.

Jake came out at the scheduled time and did a very thorough job inspecting our home to solve our problem. He found the access point for the squirrel and a couple other potential sites of concerns. He gave great information and recommendations that we followed. Great service today.

We had a serious mouse problem at our old farm house. APS fixed the problem for less than half of the cost of competing quotes. They were professional and punctual. I highly recommend them.

Service tech was friendly, on time, friendly and informative. We had used APS at our previous home for mice 10 years ago. They are still in business and running it well. Simple options -- one time or seasonal. No pressure like the companies that come around and try and sell you immediately. We had a wasp problem and they (big company) came around. It reminded us of our previous service with APS! Still had our records and we contacted them and felt much more at ease with options. Very easy to deal with and honest.

I have had bats making their way into my house. American Pest Solutions came and put up covers on my roof vents so they could no longer get into my house. Very friendly, knowledgeable people. I would use them again if meeded.

American Pest Solutions has done an excellent job of taking care of our mice problem! We tried everything possible before calling them. Living in the country, mice are abundant! This place does half ass work on the premise of return business. They joke about this. Along with being horribly mis- managed. I would deal with my own pest control before calling this place..

Richard, I was able to locate your account in our database and it appears that you are on our annual Fall only spray which covers Asian beetles, boxelder bugs, stink bugs and bees/wasps. This service was completed on September 9,2024. The technician used a residual insecticide to the exterior of your home and barn to all the common areas that potentially vulnerable to insect entry or nest building. You called us on September 30, 2024 expressing concerns for lingering wasp activity. The office personnel who you spoke with placed a callback in for our service manager to reach out to you to discuss these concerns with you. Our service manager called you on October 2,2024 and left you a message seeking details of your concerns and he also explained the expectations of the program and how our insecticides work. Neither our service manager or office have record of you returning this phone call. All of the protocols we have in place were followed on our end. If you still have concerns, feel free to reach out.

Jake G. responded promptly to our request to have our home inspected after hearing what we thought was some sort of critter in our ceilings. He rearranged appointments so he could provide a thorough inspection of our attic spaces. He also provided a comprehensive and detailed quote for overall pest control for our home, which was greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend American Pest Solutions.

We have had a large mole problem all summer. We had mole tunnels in at least 7-8 places and so far we are down to one or two places thanks to the work of American Pest Solutions. We have had a long fall without freezing but this creature seems very difficult to eliminate. Our lawn looks kinda bad due to to tunnels all over the place. My big concern was and is activity near an above ground pool. I would say after several months we are about 80 percent conquered. I appreciate the work of American Pest Solutions they always provide a clear description of the work.
