Sends out too many notifications, setup appointments on their own without my input, banned me as a customer. All good plenty of other choices that respect my time.

We would like to clarify that you were never banned as a customer, and we apologize for any confusion. The appointments referenced were not “forced appointments,” but recommended follow-up or seasonal services based on previous treatments. Because we do not use contracts, every notification clearly states that a response is required prior to scheduling or dispatching service, and we are always happy to reschedule for days and times that work best.<br>When our office received messages asking us to “stop effing spamming,” our staff interpreted that as a request to stop all service notifications, so notes were placed on the account indicating service was no longer wanted. When you later reached back out for service, that is where the confusion came from. We truly do our best to maintain respectful communication and provide great service to all customers.
