Madison is a very professional employee. She knows the product and explains the application and is not sloppy when spraying. She is awesome!!! Your customer service taking the customer calls need training! They do not update accounts. I had called 4 times to have the mosquitos sprayed and only the last time was it ever recorded. So I missed 2 applications. Maddy took care of us when she came to do the ant defense spraying.

Thank you for your feedback, Janine. We apologize for your scheduling experience and will look into what happened there to make sure it doesn't happen again. Madison has been a great asset to the Green Oasis team and we're happy she was able to take care of you and your mosquitoes!

-Green Oa
The front lawn improved from the last year(2021), the side lawns greatly improved, but the lake side lawn had crab grass issue. We will improve this. However we were grub free, first time in 12 years. We are happy with Green Oasis because of their professionalism, value and easy to work with.

Nate, from Green Oasis came out to do 2 applications on August 7. He was very polite and very knowledgeable about the products he was using and was able to answer all of my questions. I wasn’t able to watch but I’m sure he did a very good job. Thanks Nate and Green Oasis!!
