We did not get to see anyone from Pest Badger as we were not at home most of the day, but did receive their card verifying their visit. Nothing was disturbed from our home, so it appears that the service was provided with respect and dignity for our home and outdoor belongings.

Bridget McNellis came to the door letting me know the service she was providing today and asked if I had any questions--she was friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be doing her job. Thank you Bridget for your joyful personality! So as for the effectiveness of the services: I realized I had not had my usual winter mouse issue, in fact after efficiently evicting the "behind the dishwasher" mouse who chewed through all the water lines and caused a small flood in my basement, I have not seen evidence of the existence of any other small free loaders. And I realized the squirrel family that had taken up residence in the space between the chimney and the attic had also not returned for a second winter. I give Pest Badger the credit for the squirrel family eviction and for finally making my home less than inviting for the mice that seem to think this home is where they 'winter'.

Pest Badger truck & two guys showed up at my house. I thought it was a sales call but then noticed them spraying around perimeter of my house. Went out to talk with them and found out they were supposed to be spraying my neighbor's house. They assured me they had not sprayed packages that were sitting on my porch, but it was obvious that at least one package had spray on it. I did mention that these chemicals are probably not "safe" once they dry, and they end up in groundwater as well. One guy said they don't spray when the ground is wet and therefore the chemicals can't end up in groundwater (something like that). I'm not an expert, but pretty safe to say that 1) the pervasiveness of pest control chemicals is more complex than simple "rules" can account for, and 2) it's not a good idea to be argumentative when you've already come onto someone's property, unbidden, and sprayed chemicals on their home, lawn, and postal packages. Should also mention that one of our neighbors already had a very similar thing happen to them -- their property was sprayed when it was actually supposed to be their next door neighbor. I don't know for certain that it was the same Pest Badger folks, but it seems likely.
Ian was great to work with. Great communication to let me know when he was coming.
Ian arrived at my home and did the treatment before I even woke up. I have not seen any asian beetles since he was here and that's great as they like to invade my perenial flower garden. And if the treatment is keeping ticks away that's super as I have a small dog and always worry about her getting ticks.
Ayden was courteous, professional and efficient
I wasn't home so I don't know what he actually did...sorry. Nice yard sign was left on the corner of my yard! Don't know if there'd been any mouse activity at the bait box in back yard----except my dogs twice managed to get it away from the foundation and into the yard! (?mouse or chipmunk activity along the foundation??) One concern---the entrance he used to backyard is a difficult gate, and he tried to close it behind him but it was not latched. Because of the yard sign, I checked on the gate before I let my dogs loose into yard....wish he'd texted me as he left the gate, and I would have addressed that right away!
The technician Ayden did a good job with applying the pest control service, but when we had issues with mice and needed help, the manager Sam came out right away and helped us figure out what the best plan for us would be and explained to us clearly where problems could be coming from and how they could help resolve the problem. He put in extra time and effort to make sure we were happy with the service we received.
He introduced himself and indicated if I had any questions following the treatment to merely ask. He was very cordial
First time getting a spray, so I’m not sure how it’s going to work right now I have to wait and see
