Not a good experience. When he pulled into my driveway he ran over a small wooden table with a window air conditioner on it and a plastic bin that was out for garbage. When he got out of his truck he said nothing about it. When talking to him he did not seem coherent. When he left he ran over the air conditioner and just kept driving like he didn’t even realize he hit something. He was definitely drunk or just too old to be driving anymore.

Over the years, i have used a number of pest control companies and have been less than impressed with the end result. I even had companies that treated monthly, and still had bugs. I have been using 4 Lakes for three or four years and one treatment does more to eliminate pests than the monthly service. Tom sprays inside and out of my home, which makes it mostly big free for the summer. Three of my neighbors use him as well.

We needed professional service to get rid of ants in our house. I called 4 Lakes and left a message. Tom returned my call within an hour and came over the same day. He sprayed and the ants are gone. I did not have to sign a contract and price was reasonable. I appreciate the prompt service and would highly recommend 4 Lakes.

I am all for supporting a local and small business. When I called Tom and told him about the problems I was having with mice, he had a solution. Not only he is polite, but very flexible for availability. He does VERY good work, and I will gladly continue using him. I recommend him over batzner or any other larger companies that charge A LOT more.
