We scheduled a time for them to come and assess a bee problem at our home. They never came. I even called their office and they told me they would contact the gentleman coming to our home and have him call me. I never heard back from anyone.

Our service guarantee extends for a period of 90 days from the commencement of service, which, in your case, began on 4/21/2022. This guarantee expired in July of 2022. Throughout the course of our engagement, we conducted service visits on 6/16/2022, 8/25/2022, performed a winter check on 11/14/2022, another winter check on 1/18/2023, and concluded the service with the last visit on 4/18/2023. Never during this time did you have any complaints about our services. <br><br>It is regrettable that we did not receive any prior complaints from you regarding our service until we approached you for payment, which, unfortunately, remains outstanding to this day. We would like to emphasize that had you raised any concerns along with your attempts to settle the bill, we would have certainly taken steps to address and resolve them promptly. Watch out!! There services did not do anything but make the problem worse. Had another company come out and they said the amount of bait they put out would only last 3-4 weeks (which it did) also there traps they put up never caught a single rodent in the year it’s been at my house. After switching company’s my rodent problem was fixed in 2 weeks!! They won’t back up any of there services for not working. Terrible company

Better off with Orkin! Plunkett's gave me a date and time they would send a tech out for a terrible flea infestation, so I rearranged my entire schedule for them. Then, the day before my scheduled appointment, the tech calls to inform me he cannot come on that day because he didn't even have the pesticides to do the job. I also asked several questions about the safety of this pesticide because I have small children, one of which puts things in her mouth, and neither the technician, nor the people I talked with at the office, were able to give me any straight answers about it's safety. Not only that, I was originally quoted $244-$270, however, they never mentioned that with my basement included, the cost would actually be closer to $500, I had to specifically ask about that. They also tell you that they have a 60 day guarantee where they will come out and treat again and again within that 60 days, for free, if the pests are not gone. I asked if I would be charged again if the fleas were still not gone in that 60 days, and the first answer I received was, "They will be gone in 60 days." I asked again because I was not satisfied with the first person's answer, and I was told, "It won't come to that." So again, I was never given a straight answer. I cancelled my appointment and called Orkin. They were able to give me all of the answers I needed, and then some, they were able to send someone out the exact same day, and they charge only HALF the price to do my entire house, basement included. And to add a cherry on top, when I called the main office to complain about this, I was given several excuses. There is no excuse for this... I wouldn't waste your time with Plunkett's. They are unprofessional and wishy-washy.
