RTB Lawn Care LLC

We started using RTB this summer for mowing our large lawn and couldn't be happier. They are very good communicators, have a fast and efficient payment system, and very flexible in adjusting schedule to mow when the grass actually needs it. Great price too. Highly recommend Ray and crew!!!

Had them come do my lawn a few times at the beginning of spring and took out my top to my water line in my front yard. They never even informed me, and when I addressed Ray about the issue he told me he would replace it yet he never did. You can see in the pictures that the blade obviously hit it and due to the blade having possible damage it caused the uneven grass. Which he also did not fix. I gave him a couple of mows after this to let him rectify the situation, maybe give him benefit of the doubt, he still did not replace it. We just decided to cancel our services with him because it showed the dishonesty and lack of care to us as a customer. To this day, we have not heard from him. He also doubled charged us for a mow he never complete which my neighbor was able to show off her cameras in her back yard. I never went back and told him as it just didn't seem worth the effort and obviously he needed the money more than i, so i let it be. I never felt compelled to leave a review and cut my losses as it didnt seem worth it. However until I saw a post from him in a baraboo page and his response as a business owner to a local, i felt obligated to leave this today because its absurd yet reflection of who he is. As a business owner myself (why i never left a review), I could never imagine being this way to customers let alone possible future customers. So please beware of this company!

Did a great job keeping my lawn mowed down to a height that I requested, which is lower than most peoples yards. And cleaned up well after they were finished. Also mowed the yard outside of the schedule we agreed, when the yard grew fast, it just took one quick call and they fit me in in-between other clients they had scheduled for the day. Would recommend giving them a call.

Ray did a wonderful job with lawn mowing! Very pleased and always does as asked! He even took the time to clean up stray grass clippings! Highly recommend!
