We had a bad experience with this company. We asked Eric, the owner, to take care of a wasp problem at our cabin. He was not able to do anything to solve the problem. He said it was too windy to spray even though the wind speed was 5 mph and that he didn’t see any wasps even though he was told there were more than 40 on the deck. He was very concerned about getting his $200 for coming out but was not able to solve our problem. We paid him and consider it a loss. We would not recommend his services.

Janice Tyler contacted me regarding a hornet issue as she was renting her property and learned of a problem through her renters. Per the law I am not able to apply chemicals if conditions are not favorable. It was raining and windy upon arrival at the job site. I left my home within ten minutes of Janice's call to the site. I was told there was an active hornet nest, upon arrival nothing to be found. No active hornets no active nest. Disappointed that Janice found my service upsetting but unbelievable that my immediate response to her issue is being questioned.
