Emanuel came to inspect my garage and basement. I appreciate getting a text from him stating that he would be a half hour early. Afterwards he explained what he did and saw during the inspection. He demonstrated professionalism and great customer service. I often recommend Nexus to family and friends because of their preventative methods of keeping bugs and pests out of my home.

I use Nexus at several of my properties. They do a great job and are super responsive if anything pops up out of the ordinary. In fact, I just found bees at a property this morning, I called and they had a technician out this afternoon to take care of it. Highly recommend.

I have been using Nexus for about 5 months now and I have never been happier with a service. I have 0 pest experience and have never had a problem in previous homes in the city. After buying a home a bit more on the rural side, we soon learned how many pests we had to tackle. Then came fall and the stink bugs and box elders started creeping in. When I tell you that Nexus has worked TIRELESSLY to bring my numbers down to nearly none. I used to have 40-50 stink bugs on each window of my second story, after a few treatments I actually have to leaf blow daily all of the dead carcasses away outside because of how well their treatment works. Not to mention the customer service, Christina and Mo are amazing, when I call I feel as though I am talking to friends. Family owned business feel with the utmost corporate professionalism. I would highly recommend Nexus Pest Solutions. Will did an excellent job getting rid of the yellowjackets that were under our siding and found a small hole in the foundation where they were entering our basement. Everyone was so kind and courteous from Christina in the office to Will who performed the work.

Inspection n customer service on spot. I sent report n receipt to the refinance agent. God bless
Nexus is as unprofessional as they come. We told our so-called landlords B & G Lein Management about a bed bug infestation we had just discovered. We were blamed for the problem by B&G and Will was sent to investigate, already with a major chip on his shoulder. He also felt the need to accuse us of the problem. After Will’s initial assessment, he stood right outside our front door, with one of our landlord’s associates, gossiping like carefree teenagers. Will proceeded to have two heat bomb treatments done to our apartment over time to remedy the situation. Despite following their instructions, Will and his crew proceeded to vandalize our apartment completely without much of a care in the world. We were told by other sources that the only way to get rid of the bugs completely would be to heat bomb the whole building, but it fell on deaf ears.Think twice before considering Nexus as a solution to your pest control issue especially if Will is in charge.
