"100 percent satisfaction guaranteed" is their motto. I was a long time customer who was not satisfied with the service. After one unanswered email and 1 unanswered phone request to redo the service they never responded until i recieved a sales call asking if i wanted to update my service request. When I explained the situation he guaranteed me they would do a better job next timer but they dont offer free service. WHAT IS THE 100 PERCENT SATISFACTION GUARANTEE WORTH IF YOU DONT HONOR YO

This company is a complete joke. They are cheap but would stay away and find better lawn company. - they spray random weed killers even without inspecting the lawn. Sprayed broadleaf weed killers despite telling them repeatedly grassy weeds were the major problem in my lawn. - didnt spray whole lawn, sprayed random spots, missed edges and spent too short time.
