I have been using Family First Pest Control for the past 7 years. The first year l moved into my home I had a large infestation of spiders on the inside and outside of the home, voles destroying the yard, bees nests and lake flies. Sounds like a lot and it was, especially when I’m allergic to bees. Family First Pest Control came and cleaned up all the spider webs inside and outside of the home, then sprayed the house and yard. It worked to keep the spiders and lake flies away! I now do a semi annual treatments. Anytime I have a bee nest show up they are there so quick to come and assist and cost less than others. They are just a call away! My voles were out of control! I would mow the lawn and they would scatter everywhere! Family First has an eco-friendly solution that is safe for birds and my pets. They got the infestation down and now we are on continuous management program to keep it that way! I can’t thank the Family First Pest Control enough for getting all of this under control, implementing a great continuous management program, and providing environmentally safe solutions at a great price! Bill is awesome, he quickly responded and showed up when found carpenter ants in our house(had an active nest). He laid out the options of what he could do and worked with us to find the best solution. (ended up going with the 3 treatment plan). He also gave us clear expectations of what was likely to happen after each treatment. The results so far have been great, we haven't seen any ants in the house for over 4 months.
