They made commitments they couldn't keep. Their organization is severely lacking in "organization." Don't try communicating via email they will wait a month before getting back to you. If you own a single dwelling unconnected to any other person they are probably completely adequate to tackle this. Don't bother if you need their help on a multiple unit building. Madison, WI
