Very easy to deal with this company. Salesman Dillon was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Our technician Alex came the next day to spray. Alex was on time, efficient, and courteous. Can’t ask for much more.

This was the first time we used Rove. Alex was very professional and friendly. He asked lots of questions about what pest activity we've seen recently and in the past. I asked him to pay special attention around our 3 season porch, which he did. Glad we switched to Rove.

I got a notice from Rove that Linda recently visited my property. There was no advance notice nor did anyone knock on my door to let me they were here. There’s no sign of anyone even showing up. Did they really do anything? I have no idea! I have new concerns and no one bothered to contact me in advance so they could be communicated. The date of my reapplications were never discussed

We definitely can. If a nest is active but doesn’t have a lot of adults around at the time when we are there, it is beneficial to apply product to it and leave it so the adults can come back to it. I checked with Linda and she said one was ready to remove and she knocked that one down and then sprayed the other. The best path forward would be to allow 7-10 days for as many wasps to contact it as possible and then give us a call and ask us to come back out for free and knock it down. If it is really bugging you, just call the office and ask it to be removed sooner.
Katie was only at my house for about 10 minutes,. Didn’t do a good job AT ALL!!!! Don’t even think she treated my back yard or around my house. Just a poor job on front yard. 1 month later and still have earwigs , ants and wasps. My 3 year old got attacked by wasps and stung several times . So upset with this company , unfortunately I’m stuck with them for a year but I will definitely not renew. Had to find spray and kill wasps myself. 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Notified multiple times my bait boxes are empty. Had a card saying I had received a full service on the 26 and boxes are still empty

Buyer beware. If it sounds too good to be true it probably isn't. Service representative showed up after 5 pm. Didn't have a clue regarding what services to perform. Katie told us she walked our entire property applying substance however ring tone camera tells a different story. Katie was gone in 20 minutes. Service provided was no where near what was discussed with sales representative.
