Lonnie has been servicing our properties for years. His family owned business is something he is proud of. He is very personable and cares for his customer base. It may take time for the first initial appointment, and this is for good reason. He takes his time to listen to the customers concerns to address, and takes the time to get to know his customers on a personal level. Instead of rushing through, he connects. In my opinion, this level of service is fading. After our first appointment, he has put us on a rotation and comes out twice a year for up keep. He has been doing this for us for several years, and that kind of service is something I have appreciated. It’s very heartwarming to know we are supporting a local family continue their legacy that’s lasted for generations. Pet friendly! Our German Shepherds approve! And yes, our home is pest free!

2 and one half hours late. Then when I canceled, he brings up my deceased husband !!! He knew he passed. Yes this is the owner Lonnie
