He was extremely friendly, explained the entire process clearly, and made sure I understood what was being done. The problem was completely resolved within 24 hours. If you need a pest problem fixed don’t call here. He came out to fix a pest and rodent problem but spent most of his time talking about how great he is. Inspection was a joke. Never looked in attic. Shined flashlight around and said don’t see a problem. Set traps with no bait( not kidding I have pictures) placed poison inside house ( Big No No ) and never came back. Left us with dead bodies in walls that smelled up the house. Allegedly this guy works in pest control for years. Just another Con Artist. Photos show no bait on traps. UPDATE. Had to have another company finish the job. Spectrum refused to finish their own work. Other company found entry points Spectrum missed. Other company was in total shock at the work performed by Spectrum.

Brent is one of the most conscientious people I've ever met. We wouldn't have anyone in our house. He is kind and friendly and professional (and he has a cool truck) He knows his stuff. We are glad there are people like him still out there.

Although I have never used Brent for pest control he is very active on different online forums to help others in the industry. As a pest control company owner in Tennessee I vouch for his knowledge and professionalism. I have used his advice multiple times for my own business.

We had a wasp infestation in the eaves of our two story home. I went through quite a few cans of Raid with little success. I needed to clear the house of this infestation before the painters we hired were willing to proceed with painting the exterior. Brent came out the same day we texted him and took care of the problem on the spot. He took the time to inspect the entire perimeter of the home identifying other problem areas such as a hornet infestation in the ground near one of my basement windows. Everything was resolved by the next day and we didn’t lose our place in line with the painters. Brent is very personable, professional, and I highly recommend him.

Great service only guy in town you should call to deal with bed bugs

I own a local business and had a situation with a critter in our bathroom vent - I contacted Brent an hour before our first client and he arrived within 30 mins - turns out it was a bird! Although the bird left on his own, Brent investigated the situation and gave me tips on how to deter the birds return until I could get a screen installed. Given the fact that this was at our business, I appreciate that he responded so fast to help avoid an issue while clients were in the building. He was fast, reliable, professional, and kind - would definitely recommend him!
