Tyler, who stated he was the owner, did a door to door sales at my house. I informed him of the bad experience I had with ecoshield and did not like the 1 year contract we had with ecoshield. He explained they were a "small local business" kind of like a mom and pop shop. I've never heard of them before, so i just took his word on that.. (apparently they're nationwide.) I was informed many times "to try us for one month" and that if I was not happy I can cancel at anytime without additional char

Only went around the front of the house. Never treated the backyard (that is absolutely infested with ants) and is the main reason I even pay for this service. I have cameras in the backyard that never went off. The service report even states he only treated the front yard. $139 and didn't get the issues taken care of. Spoke with someone and hopefully this will get remedied. Just don't understand why someone would only treat 1/3 of the yard. Never had issues with previous tech. 5/31/24 have yet

Andrew was great! And is trainee was very attentive to learning his role with the company. Both were friendly,, informative and displayed great communication. I appreciated their attention to providing excellent customer service. They were informative about what the process would be with their visit today. They took time to show me images of problem areas and how they would keep them protected from pests. Great to meet you both and thanks for the great customer experience.
