Eisentraut Lawn Care

Used them for a few years, then had major yard work done last spring. I called and spoke with a woman there early in the season and explained that our back yard was all torn up and would be under construction for a while yet, and that I could either cancel services or they could come and do the front if they could charge accordingly. She assured me that they would still come and take care of the front yard, which is MAYBE a quarter of the size of the back yard, and would absolutely credit me for the area that they would not be servicing. Since this was all prepaid, she said that they would apply credit for the unserviced area to the following year's services. That was fine with me, so we agreed. Fast forward to this spring. I get the service contract in the mail for the full price. I call and speak with Jamie and remind him of the conversation that I had with (who I believe is) his wife last spring. He tells me that they do not issue credit for anything and that I should have cancelled services. I reminded him of the full conversation that we had and that I was assured that I would receive credit for the unserviced area and could still continue servicing just the front. He told me no and that if they come at all, they charge for the full area regardless of what they actually do. He offered me a $50 discount and that's all he was willing to do. They did not service about 3/4 of the area, and offered me 1/16 of a credit after promising me the fully pro-rated amount. Sorry, but they lost me as a customer for two properties. They don't care and that's even worse To respond to his reply. I have worked for a major landscaping company for 10+ years (they just don't to chemical treatments) so I know EXACTLY what goes on behind the scenes and what it takes to run a business. Also, you did NOT treat any of the back yard, and our bill was not $325. You're making it even worse with the lies

We’ve been using Eisentraut for 7 or 8 years. They are fantastic. Our lawn gets constant comments on how lush and green it looks. We used to use the “big” guys and our lawn looked awful. It pays to go with a local service provider. They really take pride in their work!

I switched from True Green to Eisentraut and will never go back! After nearly two years of bad service, missed service calls and a lawn still full of weeds, a neighbor recommended Eisentraut. In only two applications, my weed issues were solved and I have a green lush lawn coming in this year. Their customer service is top notch and a real person answers the phone. Oh did I mention that they are less expensive than True Green. Better service at a cheaper price, you can't go wrong.

Eisentraut Lawn Care was nearly half the price of the other two quotes I got this year for Fertilization and Weed Control and the results speak for themselves.
