Mike is friendly, professional and thorough. After he came to access the wasps, he talked to us about how he was going to treat the area to remove the wasps. He came back the next day and sprayed the nest and surrounding area. In a few days the wasps were almost gone. Just a few flying around. He came back and treated the area again free of charge. Highly recommend his services. We will definitely call him in the future for pest control.

I’ve used First Defense Pest Control on two different occasions, and for two different issues. Both experiences have been fantastic, and came after trying to take care of the issues with home remedies myself. I first called First Defense last summer to take care of a hornet infestation/nest that was built on the underside of our hot tub. Mike responded promptly and was here the following day to take a look. The hornets were removed and have not been back since. This year, we reached out after noticing signs of mice throughout the house once the temperatures began to drop. Mike again came the following day, and we have now been on their 4-6 week program. Signs are now very limited with another couple of weeks remaining. I can’t say enough about this company’s professionalism and timeliness. I’ll recommend them to any and all who could benefit from their services moving forward. THANK YOU!

I didn't just have a hornet's nest underneath my concrete front porch, instead, as you can see from the photos, I had a colony of hornets. I tried my own solutions, like sucking them out with a shop vac multiple times. I sprayed multiple cans of wasp and hornet killer into their "home". I tried caulking the cracks shut. I even used sheet metal and construction adhesive to completely seal over every opening after spraying. They always find a way to get in and out. I finally called First Defense and Mike was at my house later that day. Mike explained his plan & put into action. He also explained how he would follow up if there were still any hornets left over. Whatever pesticide he used worked perfectly. There is no need for him to come back and treat the colony again. I'm writing this about 1 month after Mike was here and there still are no more hornets. They were really knowledgeable about the issue and how they could help. I submitted my inquiry on a Sunday and they reached out Monday morning. They also came out the same day to assess my yard for the rodent damage and were able to set up the traps as well. Definately recommend!

I called First Defense Pest Control on Sunday regarding a huge hornet nest in our tree. Mike returned my call within an hour, gave me a quote and stated they could come on Monday. Brandon came Monday a.m. and suited up and had us go inside for safety. He was very professional and courteous. We would not hesitate to call Brandon again. Price was well worth it! Thanks Guys.

Where we live, spiders are an issue and Brandon came and applied an outdoor treatment. A short time later, we had a squirrel get into our soffit and when we called Brandon again, he came that same day to help. He thoroughly explained a plan to trap and remove the squirrel. We were very happy with the results and will continue to use First Defense in the future.

First Defense Pest Control is an excellent company to work with. My husband and I had to call them out to our house for squirrels in our attic. They were the only company, of the many we tried, to respond on a Sunday. The employees are very kind, courteous, and always texted us when they were 15-30 minutes from arriving at our home. They fixed the problem (where the squirrels got into our home) and also got the squirrels out. All the while, they explained what they were doing and why they were doing it in that way. I would 100% recommend First Defense Pest Control.

Called First Defense and Gary returned my call. I had ground wasps and at 8 am he was here to take care of them. We had small bricks against back of garage where wasps were and he moved them out of the way and sprayed them. He also took care of 2 other small nests for us. Very friendly to work with.
