WARNING!!! I would give John no stars if I could. He was not professional at all terrible personality. He didn't get straight to the point and kept going in circles telling us other things that had nothing to do with us. I should have known better all these google reviews are old I don't know what happen to his skills but I would never choose him again. He likes to talk so bad about everyone else especially realtors which again has nothing to do with the inspection. It was so bad my whole family was upset with him. He does not like to be challenged with questions and thinks he knows everything and doesn't like it when you correct him. NEVER EVER AGAIN WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

LOL. Phony review, left by a phony customer. Realtors get paid to sell you something. And when realtors try to tell me what I am suppose to do/document...that is an ethical violation. What question did I not feel challenged with? And I am only work for the customer and will NOT/NEVER be corrected by a realtor. The realtors job is to get a specialist and have items further evaluated, not trying to SLANDER the home inspector. <br>Why did you even get a home inspection? <br><br>Did the realtor put you up to this?

Highly recommend Amelia's Home Inspection! Online scheduling an inspection for our future home was incredibly easy, and the response for our inquiry was literally within an hour or two to go over information regarding the home and specifics. John was very pleasant, personable, and professional when speaking over the phone as well as in-person for the inspection. Very knowledgeable and helpful by explaining what things needed replacing or fixing etc, along with a detailed report that we received the same day after our inspection that included tips to help with home maintenance!
