Ben is very professional and honest--during our inspection he zeroed in on the problem immediately inside then we went outside for more inspection and he fixed the problem totally and told us what to do for the future. Ben, owner, is so wonderful to work with and has so much knowledge, I call him the mouse hunter. I manage one of the lake geneva historical mansions and used a commercial Pest control company in the past but where still having some issues. Ben was recommended by an caretaker of another estate.
