Very impressed with the level of responsiveness and care received with Amelia Home Inspection. We discovered a potential mold issue in our home in the late evening hours. John took time out of his evening to help us diagnose our issue and gave us detailed actions to take to resolve our issue. Even during the off hours I couldn’t believe his willingness to drop what he was doing to assist us. Well done and we will definitely be a return customer for future inspection and consulting needs. Highly recommend!

Home was fine, inspector argued whether flex duct is an acceptable way to correctly deliver airflow; being an HVAC tech I can assure you it is not the correct way. Please take a class on airflow. Different sized rooms DO NOT all get the same sized duct

Hello Matt, Thanks for the 2-start review without writing anything. Sorry that you put an offer on a home without looking at it first. You were very disappointed when you saw the home in person. That is NOT my fault. You shouldn't be so spiteful. Wish you the best of luck on your search. I hope whoever reads this post understand how important it is to look at a home in person before making a blind offer based on a few pictures.

John did an excellent job was very thorough. The inspection report was great and came quickly after the job was done. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a quality inspection at an affordable price.
