Brandon was able to fit us into his schedule last minute and did a great job. Brandon was great! Of course, bats come out at night, and that's when we had to call Brandon to come help rid our house of one. He showed up within half an hour! Even though the bat had left by the time he arrived, he checked the whole house inside and out to see if it (or others) were still there and identify places where they may be able to enter in the future. The next day, he came out to install a one-way exit for bats that could still be in the house. Great follow-through! Many Google results send you to dead-end referral services that turn up no available service providers...Brandon answered the phone himself and was a pleasure to work with.

We had aggressive bees above our front door underneath the light fixture. As I had gotten stung and having grandchildren coming the next day, we looked on line and gave Brandon a call on Friday night. He answered our call and came the next day. Brandon explained the process and said they would be gone within the next two days. Actually by the next day they were all gone. We have had a bat problem in our garage and he has taken care of that as well. Brandon was knowledgeable and responsive to all of our calls and concerns without any high pressure sales pitch.
