The gentleman from Moxie was very polite. Efficiently explained to me things he was doing., such as getting all the spiderwebs off of the roof of my front porch so that spiders will not go back up there and watch hornets will stay away with other treatments

After my initial sign on, I had indicated that there were hornets coming into our home and in a vent getting into our bathroom. I had asked that a service be scheduled as soon as possible to take care of that issue specifically. Unfortunately, they did not come with a ladder and so my primary concern went unaddressed on this initial visit. They did indicate that they were going to come back out again shortly to address the issue, which I was encouraged by. I am hoping this is not an additional charge, considering the concern was mentioned prior to the service.

Wouldn't give them business since they are not capable of reading no soliciting signs and still bother ringing door bells and knocking.

Our technician was amazing. This nest has been ok for the past month, but all of a sudden today we had angry stinging wasps. I was thrilled Moxie was able to come out and take down the nest the same day I called. I would definitely recommend!

Sales guy going door to door wouldn’t take no for an answer, came back again and rang doorbell at 7:50PM when we had little kids sleeping. I’m not sure how this company operates, but I don’t need someone ringing my doorbell at 8Pm on a weeknight to try and sell me something , let alone any night when we already told them we weren’t interested hours earlier. It’s rude to not listen and bother people.

The technician was very helpful and explained what kind of bee was nesting and how the treatment would resolve the issue.

So far so good! I wasn't expecting a sales call today, but the sales person was very good at explaining the service and what would be done. They followed up within an hour and did the work.

I’m only giving a 3 star rating until you actually get rid of the bees that are really mad now! And pouring into the Garage

Max was Friendly. Wore foot protection going downstairs. Easily discussed my concerns with his plans. And reassured me that no pollinators would be harmed. I do my own vole control with natural ingredients .
