Failed to follow up and finish job. Waited for months. Had to hire someone else to finish the job.

John, sorry to hear that job was not completed. I am confused as to which part? the squirrel issue (original agreement) or the bat issue (added later, this one I was unable to perform<br>but do not remember billing for bats) if it is the squirrel part we will refund any amounts agreed upon?
