Very happy with the service technician Shane, very professional and excellent at his job. Follow up phone call with the Altoona office was very unpleasant. She was not knowledgeable about services and wanted me to continue receiving services that were unneeded. When I insisted on cancelling future services she was rude.

I don't know why this is coming out with my daughter's name but this is really coming from Nancy Moyer. I had a bat infestation this summer and it was scary because of health implications but the idea my attic was filled with bats was more than I coulld handle. Prompt Action was a life saver after attempts from several other companies. I found them to be quick, thorough, fair in pricing and were sincerely interested in my well-being. In other words, they were concerned that a 78 year old, widow who has no experience with bat extermination would get a fair deal. I called several Pest control businesses and was so disappointed in their knowledge or willingness to solve a problem with yellow jackets in the attic of my girlfriend's house in Shakopee. I contacted Prompt Action Pest Control from the number on their website and found them not only knowledgeable but Dillon, their PRO rep who services Shakopee willing to solve the problem. Dillon came and not only sprayed both inside and outside the house but took time to find the nest and destroy it. He was also very friendly and easy to work with. She now has a new Pest Control company to take care of her needs.
