Cory and everyone at Ultra are great. Quick and friendly reliable service and easy to talk to. With the bi-monthly plan you can have them come and spot treat if you have an issue. They’ve been great at helping me keep my rental property nice for the guests. Thank you!

johnathon goes above and beyond and answers my constant phobia calls for the bugs that try to kill me😅 he is very thorough and never leaves without making sure the job is done !

The owner was courteous and respectful. After the initial visit he returned to repeat the process. It has not bean long enough for my complete acceptance that all the bed bugs have need eradicated but I feel if needed that ultra pest control will continue if needed until all is clear. They were prompt and addressed my concerns and were very informative. At this stage I would recommend them to others. In another two weeks with no trouble recurring I would easily rate 5 stars

Did not start out well because the technician did not tell me that the renters were not picking up their trash and the condition in the home was deplorable. Even if extermination was done on a daily basis the problem would not have been corrected. After the eviction and two months of cleanup Greg sent his technician for a complementary follow up and all is well now.

Thank you for the review Fred. Yes, sanitation is a huge issue with eliminating roach infestations. Routine pest control is very important in rental properties. This ensures that landlords and maintenance personnel can see the conditions their properties are being kept. We are glad we could help with the pest issues.
