They came out quick to do a termite inspection for a home I was buying. 10/10 would recommend.

I called them on Monday July 8 and talked to a lady about a service call. She gave me an appointment for July 15th at 4:30-5:00pm.Never showed or called even after I called again and left a message.Did they go out of business??

Paid $85.00 for ant exter.ination in my front yard. I had multiple ant hills throughout. Gentleman, came, 3 weeks ago sprayed and told me to call back if I saw more ants. I did that and was told they only spray 3 feet from house. No one showed up to even look.. If service is only guaranteed for 2 to 3 weeks, I would suggest another exter.inator. 5/12/23: I received a call from owner, who is coming back to re-spray for ants. I appreciated that he took tome to review my complaint and will make it right. Thank you Patrick.

In the spring of this year I hired them to come every 3 months, Kris came a couple of times, he quit, I talked with Brian end of September, I had to change an appointment, he said he would schedule me when he was going to be in my area, never called, never came back, I texted his number, no response

Termite inspection.

Their drivers need to realize that they're representing their company when they drive. I was cut off by one of their drivers to the point that I had to slam on my brakes (I was going the speed limit!). When I honked at the man driving so as to signal to him to wait in order for me to avoid hitting him, he swerved in front of me and then slammed on his brakes. I have a dash cam, so I was less worried about me getting in trouble than I was having to deal with a wreck (which would have also cost the company $$$). Honestly, I've never used this service before, but you can bet I never will now. I just hope for their patrons' sake that the employees are not as careless in their work as they are on the road.
