Unethical business who charge for services not rendered. My yard is locked that requires me to unlock. They never called to unlock and security cameras don’t show they were ever here when they said they were. They still charged me for services never done. Avoid.

I live in a house next to a house this company was treating, and I have an extensive front yard where my family members park. Their drivers parked in my front yard without asking my permission and refused to leave whenever I ask them to. It is not my problem that the people that they were working for did not have enough space for them to park. The employees were rude, unapologetic, and unprofessional.

If I could give 0 stars I would because they are the laziest technicians I ever seen. They do a half job and could care less about customers.

Caleb was great. He has great people skills is very polite and very informative. He answered all of my questions. I will be using Dodsons in future with any problem I may have.

I had recently had Terminix coming to my home and pay them lets just say a good bit of money, and they came one time and only did a couple things and sprayed outside, then left and never returned like they was suppose to and of course that made my problem worse. I then cancelled my contract and was trying to find a company that is reliable to take care of this issue, and my dad heard of this company and I called them. I received a call straight back and the gentleman explained everything to me, well I am a full time mother also with a full time job so I am not the riches person in the world so money don't come easy and I explained that to him and he was so kind and worked with me to where I could afford it. Then he showed up today and took care of every room in my home. He was a very respectable and kind person, and I truly finally feel that this bug problem will be taken care of. So I want to thank dodson pest control for basically coming to the rescue, because I can not deal with bugs lol. I am very grateful that my home is now in good hands, and look forward to working with you guys!!!

I just wanna say that Mike Savilla was excellent! Very professional! Did a thorough job and answered every question I had. He really knows his his history on bugs. If your having a problem with any infestations I would highly recommend Dotsons extermination! They will work with you !! Very honest company!!!
