Robert did a well, septic, and termite test on my new home and he was wonderful! Very personable and explained everything in great detail. I recommend requesting to work with Robert!

Had a squirrel manage to bypass our old chimney topper. Petti came out within 30 minutes and custom made a new chimney guard that same day. And removed our little visitor.Every employee from the person on the phone, to the gentleman that gave us the quote, to the guys who came out to remove and repair were the best. Very professional and helpful.

I cannot say enough great things about this pest control company! I called on a Holiday weekend because of an earwig infestation, and was able to get an inspection AND spray the next business day. Awesome guys to work with - honest, respectful, and knowledgeable. And a local small business as well (vs a corporate company that’s just in it for the money). Always support local!

Petti showed up on time for the appointment and even called to give a ETA before arriving. However the technicians didn't close two of my gates that they opened in the back yard to spray and left without checking them. My great dane and two shepherds would have definitely escaped. Also the technician told my mother I couldn't let my dogs out for 1 hour but when I called the office to advise them of the gates being left open they told me to wait 3 hours before letting them out. Unfortunately I won't be using their services again and please check your gates once they leave.

From the initial call I made with questions, through the site visit I was met with professionalism and personable, prompt, quality customer service. My inquiries were answered promptly by Angela and Rob. On the day of service, the tech (Logan) was on time, friendly and professional. He was willing and able to answer all my questions as he went along with his work in examining the attic interior and exterior to identify and resolve my wildlife issue (birds). They offered a guarantee on the work, as well. You can tell they take pride and joy in their work and value their customers! Highly recommend!
