Very efficient and professional work, and they’re friendly too!

One of the employees from this organization just ran a red light at a busy intersection almost crash, he then stopped in the middle of the intersection so he could give me the middle finger and start yelling obscenities out of his window at me before speeding off with his middle finger in the air. If this is the sort of people that this organization feels should be representing them that I don't think anybody should be using this business. I tried calling the office where I was given the typical placating run around of being told that somebody will get in contact with me. But honestly I don't expect any follow-up from them.

Patrick, the Technician yesterday went above and beyond to explain things, answer all my questions, inspect and spray around the premises, crawlspace area and also checked my attic. The guys from Mitchell Pest (Patrick and partner) did another fine job at my house today. They eradicated carpenter ants during a previous visit and were back to keep those nasty spiders under control!

Patrick was fantastic for our pest removal. Got to our house at a reasonable time, performed a very thorough inspection and removed the critter without any damage to home, himself, or the animal. He was very friendly and personable, he explained everything as he was doing it, and offered solutions without upselling or pushing unnecessary services on us. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We will certainly be calling again if we ever have another issue!
